Why integrate the newsletter into your communication strategy?

Post by simarahman5835 »

When you want to communicate about your business, there are several ways to do it. You can use social networks, write blog articles or call on influencers . But there is an interesting element to integrate into your communication strategy : the newsletter.

The newsletter is an email that you will send to a list of people. The emails that you will have collected are precious. The people who left you their contact details did so for one reason only: they want to receive additional information about your company . They accepted that you enter their privacy. Building your mailing list may take a little time. But that's okay. Prefer a small number of qualified people rather than hundreds who have no interest in your business . So forget about buying a list. Firstly, it is no longer very legal with the new GDPR rules. Secondly, you will communicate in the wind. And that is really not the goal. The newsletter is a very good way to stay in touch with your community.

Doubt it? Here are 4 reasons to integrate the newsletter into your communication strategy.

Your newsletter belongs to you
Unlike social networks, your newsletter belongs to you. Yes, you will indonesia whatsapp number data use software to send them but you do not depend on an algorithm that will decide whether or not your publication is of interest. With a newsletter, you are in control of what you send to your community .

You can write to them every week, every month, every six months, it will not impact the visibility of your newsletter. Of course, sometimes your newsletter may end up in spam (or in the promotion tab on gmail). But in general, a newsletter has a better chance of being read than a publication on social networks. Personally, the opening rate of my newsletter (if you want to join the backstage it happens at the end of the article )) is very good: between 50 and 60% depending on the subjects! My publications on social networks do not often reach such a reading rate.

The newsletter allows you to really express yourself . You can share what you want and give it the form you want. No competition. No pressure of numbers. The newsletter is there to create a link with people who already trust you more or less .
