The real chances of a large reach and new followers only arise after your message has been posted. Saying something invites people to talk back – and saying something to a group of people even more so. However, that is not the way many business social media accounts are set up: they post something and turn around, on to the next job. The algorithms that see this realize that those messages can just as well go straight into the trash.

Focus
Another element that determines how successful you are is focus. If you don't know who you're talking country email list to, or what your followers expect on a certain platform, your efforts are in vain. You have to be strict about this, says Elja. The challenge is not what you do, but what you don't post on your account. Clearly tell your colleagues from communication, marketing and sales with their content plans what does and doesn't belong on your social channels. Otherwise, all that content will only work against you.

Being selective in your content is to the advantage of your followers and your organization. The greater your focus, the more focused your group of followers becomes. And the greater the chance of likes and reactions. If you give that the right attention, the algorithms will reward that behavior.
and where, the question arises: how do you go about it? Just doing something on social media rarely yields good results. You need to understand how a social media network works, what the possibilities are and what users expect.
