3. Explore and Clarify:

Ask open-ended questions to understand the root cause of the objection. Don't assume you know why they're objecting.

4. Respond and Provide Value:

Address the clarified objection directly and confidently.
Focus on value and benefits, not just features.
Use storytelling, case studies, or testimonials if relevant.
Reframe the objection if possible (e.g., cost vs. investment/ROI).
Offer solutions or alternatives.
