Internal communication is improved and nothing is left undone thanks to the fact that by being able to assign activities to you or anyone in your company, you can see what is pending to be done for a client in just one click.
People are more productive because they avoid sending or receiving emails, meetings and calls requesting or sending customer information to other colleagues.
Salespeople sell more because they track all their potential sales in a personalized way, thus being able to make more sales at the same time.
The data doesn't lie: According to McKinsey, we spend a whopping 65% of our time at work on emails, calls and meetings. That leaves very little time for our own productivity.

And according to Adecco, the productivity problem does not lie in the distractions that workers are exposed to on a daily basis, but in the productivity tools that the company makes available to its workers.

The first solution is an Excel but after a short time it becomes unmanageable since it is not designed for that.

The ultimate solution is a CRM.
